KARATE
“Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art that emphasises discipline, respect, and self-improvement. At our karate dojo, we offer high-quality training in the art of karate to students of all ages and abilities.
Our experienced and certified instructors will guide you through the basics of karate, including proper posture, technique, and kata (pre-arranged forms). As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to learn advanced techniques and sparring, and even compete in local and national tournaments.
But karate is about more than just physical skill. It’s a journey of personal growth and development, both on and off the mat. Our classes are designed to help you build confidence, discipline, and focus, as well as improve your overall physical fitness.

KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a martial art and combat sport that combines elements of karate, boxing, and other martial arts styles. It originated in Japan in the 1970s and has since become popular around the world.
In kickboxing, practitioners use a combination of punches, kicks, and other strikes to attack their opponents. There are different variations of kickboxing, including full-contact, semi-contact, and light-contact, and rules may vary depending on the organization or event.
Kickboxing training typically involves a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength and conditioning, and technical drills. It can be a great way to improve physical fitness, coordination, and self-defense skills.

TUMBLING
Tumbling is a type of gymnastics that involves performing acrobatic moves and flips on a flat surface, usually a mat or a spring floor. It can also be referred to as “power tumbling” or “tumble track.”
Tumbling skills can be performed individually or as part of a choreographed routine. Tumbling moves can be performed in various directions, including forward, backward, and sideways. Some common tumbling skills include cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings, back handsprings, and layouts.
Tumbling is a physically demanding activity that requires strength, flexibility, and coordination. It is often taught in gymnastics clubs, schools, and community centers, and it can be a fun and challenging way to improve physical fitness and coordination. Tumbling skills can also be used in other activities, such as cheer leading, dance, and trampoline.
